I was skeptical about an app-controlled device, but the inflatable design actually makes you feel the exercises working, and the app's feedback keeps me motivated to stick with the routine. The whole thing is pretty intuitive once you get the hang of the Bluetooth setup.

Who knew pelvic floor training could be this engaging? The app’s real-time feedback actually makes me want to hit my daily reps, and the inflatable sizing means I can dial in exactly the right pressure for my body. It’s turned a chore into something I genuinely look forward to.

The app connection is what sold me—being able to adjust the inflation level mid-session makes it feel less like a chore and more like a game. Honestly, I look forward to my five minutes with it each evening now.
