The seven patterns aren't just marketing fluff—the third one builds pressure exactly the way I'd hope, and the thrusting has serious oomph behind it. Switched between modes mid-session and the transitions felt smooth, not jerky. Definitely the most satisfying rotation I've tried yet.

The thrusting motion with those seven patterns is almost too much at first, but once you find your rhythm it's pure bliss. I've never had a toy that mimics hand pressure this convincingly, and the rotation adds a whole new dimension I didn't know I needed.

Was skeptical about the seven patterns being gimmicky, but the slow swirl mode builds pressure so precisely I lost track of time. The rotation feels surprisingly natural, and cleanup is way less hassle than I expected.
