The incline is just right for taking pressure off my lower back during longer sessions, and the high-density foam is firm enough that it doesn’t flatten out mid-way. My knees finally feel supported instead of awkwardly angled.

The firm foam holds its shape perfectly, so I don't sink in and lose the angle mid-motion. My lower back felt way less strained afterward, which honestly made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.
